CINQUE PORTS LETTINGS
" At Cinque Ports Lettings we consider it out responsibility to look after our clients biggest asset, their property, and also keep our tenants happy and healthy.
This can prove tricky when mould and damp rears its ugly head, however after speaking to Tanya about the issues with mould and damp we were reassured that we could tackle this problem and find a solution.
Tanya visited the property and took several readings on her damp/humidity meter. She then sat down with the tenants and enquired about their lifestyle and how they "lived" day to day in the house. Tanya was informative, educational, and funny in her presentation to the tenants, with out being judgemental she explained how slightly altering the way they lived could alter and help the amount of mould accumulating in the property.
Talking about Mould in properties can often feel like a blame game from the tenants point of view, when in fact we could all benefit from Tanya's advice on how to reduce the moisture in the air. Having spoken to the tenants affected afterwards, they were extremely pleased with how and what Tanya had pointed out to them, and feel listened to, and are now excited to tackle the mould issue.
I have no hesitation in referring Tanya from Mouldanddamp.com to all my landlords, friends and family."

Stace & Co
Thanks for your recent visit. It is so refreshing after 40 years to meet an expert who actually seems to know what they are doing. Your bubbly personality conceals how very observant you are and the follow up report shows how careful you are in your considerations. As you are such an excellent communicator we do not feel ‘judged’ and all the practical suggestions are appreciated, we have already moved heavy furniture away from radiators so the heat has a chance to circulate and created the through draft suggested - fortunate that the weather has been kind.
Thanks so much"
Email in February 4 months later: "did rearrange furniture a bit to partially reveal radiators and have been good on blue sky days ( when proverbial rain ceases) to create through draught from kitchen to roundal window. Do you know I think it has (already, with partially following the plan due to hospital visits) made a little difference for the better and we are grateful. Hope all is well with you and will stay in touch".

"We worked with Tanya on a damp issue in our Victorian house. Tanya's advice was one of the best investments we've made on the house as she literally saved us thousands by her deep knowledge of the structure of the house, and told us the problem was completely different to the one we had been led to believe and that there was a very simple and economical remedy. I would highly recommend seeking Tanya's advice on damp issues with a house. She is also a very easy going and pleasant person to work with."
